80s Blue Tropicana Cotton Maxi Dress Sleeveless Tiered Flounce Vintage.
Crinkle cotton (possibly a blend but I do think its 100% cotton). Mid-weight woven fabric. Light blue with 3 different shades of blue on the layers of the flounce. Vneck. 3 tiered flounce around neckline lending to a flutter style sleeve. Pockets at hips. Darts at bust. Maxi length dress. Excellent condition.
No size tags, likely fits like a size M/L.
