Made in Korea. 82% Rayon 18% Silk. Silk backing with rayon velvet. Flat front, elastic at back. Hook and zipper at side. Super lush, extremely soft velvet. Maxi skirt. Can also belt to wear as a strapless dress (belt not included). Late 80s, early 90s. Excellent Condition.
