Made in the Philippines. 100% rayon. Cool to the touch fabric with no stretch. Dark blue with light blue forget me nots all over. Skater style button front dress with collar and short sleeves. Single small breast pocket at left side. Dress falls approximately knee length. Button front means it can be worn as a duster as well. Super cute and totally 90s! Excellent condition.
