80s Blue White Plaid Sleeveless Midi Dress with Jacket Vintage by Upper Crust.

100% polyester. Very lightweight knit with a decent stretch. Blue and white Sleeveless. Vneck trimmed in white. Midi length dress. Includes original jacket which is solid white with mini breast pocket at left side with faux pocket square matching the dress. White fabric belt can cinch the dress or act as closure to the jacket. Excellent condition.
